If any of you start playing this game, let me know. We can start a DDO clan!

I finally got around to playing this.

I LIKE it! But I ran out of missions... And after I failed to do the grand high Haiku dungeon mission as well - three times!

This is fantastic,
Haiku only chat channel!
Now I need more turns.

[edit] This game astounds me! A typing and grammar test before you can use chat! And I only just realised I could eat all that cottage cheese to get more turns. I've got a pet mosquito too.

What will really bake your noodle later on is applying Anti-cheese to cottage cheese to give yourself a nice little cottage

I've got to admit I completely forgot about this, so I believe I'm still stuck down as a level 3 pastamancer type (although it might not be pastamancer. I forget...).

A DDO tribe would be great though - is anyone able to yet?

I'm level 6 now, or maybe 7, but it takes a whole heap of meat to start a clan, and I keep blowing mine on extra spells and novelty items. I'll look into it though.
Amanshu - if you're a pastamancer, or any other type of mysticality user, I found a great place to level was the haunted pantry off the right side of the tracks. Loads of enchantedness available there as rewards.
There's so much more to this game than meats the eye
[edit] nope, just level 6. Soon though...

As I have now done

Also it appears I was wrong, I'm only a level 3 Parsley Enchanter. Similar to a Pastamancer I'll grant you, but unfortunately not enough to cut the mustard...

I've been playing this a bit more recently, it fits in nicely with my 'snatch a few minutes between tasks' style of workplace internetting.

It's a very silly game, and perfect for those few spare minutes at work. At first I thought it was a browser based RPG nonsense (OK, it is actually exactly that) but then I realised how much there was to discover, and how well written it is.

Every single reply, combat message, quest, item description is a reference to something, either popular TV culture, computer games, greek epics, Dutch pop music or mountaineers to name but a few. And the haikus!
There are hundreds of haikus, just chucked in when you bash a monster or when you examine your familiar, a Sabre Toothed Lime perhaps or a Blood Faced Volleyball, each properly written with an eye for poetry, not just stuggling for the sylables.

I've just ascended, which took me months of playing time. I was forced into spoilers a few times, but there's a plethora of puzzles requiring more thinking outside the box than the entire cast of The Apprentice placed in a Boz. Clues, as always given in haiku, or perhaps far more sneaky ways...

It's a nothing game with more depth and artistry than I've seen in a lot of products costing 30 or more.

I've no clan yet, but if anyone else if interested in playing, I can start one. I've got 20,000 meat and a whole lot of stuff to give away.

Also, the currency is meat! How can you not love it?
