Martin Mullaney is a Liberal Democrat councillor for the Birmingham ward of Moseley. He's taken rather a dislike to tagging and has waged war on the taggers in his area - most of whom seem to have left comments for him on Youtube! Nice to see a politician on Youtube who isn't promoting his family values, or spoofing someone elses (such as Sion Simon - urgh, it makes me shudder).
